Without Damage Protection Insurance

$500 refundable deposit

With Damage Protection Insurance

$100 refundable deposit

For $69, you can add optional Damage Protection Insurance that provides up to $1,500 in interior damage coverage (subject to the policy terms and exclusions).

This coverage can be selected during booking or added anytime before your trip begins.

Choosing this protection lowers your refundable security deposit from $500 to just $100.

Your refundable security deposit will be released after your rental has been returned and successfully completed our post-trip inspection.  This can take longer during peak rental periods. 

Some rentals may require a higher refundable damage deposit based on factors such as:

• Holiday or high-demand weekends
• Beach rentals
• Certain destinations or high-risk locations
• Other risk factors determined at the time of booking

If an increased deposit is required, you'll always be notified before your reservation is finalized.
