Terms and Conditions

 • If cancellation is requested 30 days prior to the rental start date, renter is entitled to 96% TRAVEL CREDIT that may be used anytime in the next 12-month period. 

• If cancellation is requested 14 days prior to the rental start date, renter is entitled to 50% TRAVEL CREDIT that may be used anytime in the next 12-month period. 

• Less than 14 days prior to the rental start date, the booking is non-refundable - if rescheduling is possible, we will make good faith efforts, but dates are not often flexible after this point. 

• Bookings made less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable, however in the event of a documentable emergency we will offer a credit to be used in the next 12-month period. 

*A voucher will be emailed and can be used at a future date on any available unit.   The same unit and same price is not guaranteed.  Prices vary by season. 

* Prices may vary from the time of cancellation to the time of rebooking.  Nightly prices can change based on demand and season.  Your rate is not guaranteed after the time you cancel.

TWISTED COASTAL RV DOES NOT REFUND BOOKINGS.  IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THIS TERM, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH US.  WE ARE FLEXIBLE IN RESCHEDULING 100% OF YOUR PAID BOOKING AS LONG AS YOU DO NOT CANCEL. 

WE STRONGLY SUGGEST PURCHASING TRAVEL PROTECTION IF TRAVELING DURING THE HURRICANE SEASON.
