• Daily rental insurance $49
• Towing ($75) one time fee. Tow dolly and auto transports available at an additional daily rental costs. 
• Pets ($100) 2 dog max unless otherwise approved.  No animals on furniture or linens and must be supervised at all times inside unless crated.  Pets tend to misbehave while on vacation just like their humans, new environments and new noises can create new naughty behaviors. 

Additional Fees

Additional Mileage ($0.50/$0.25 each)

200 miles per rental day.  Additional miles are $0.50each.  However, we reward those that plan ahead with a half rate if purchased prior to pickup.  Your planning helps us plan our maintenance.

Additional Generator Hours ($3/$2each)

4 hours of generator usage per rental day.  Additional generator hours are $3 each. However, we reward those that plan ahead with a reduced rate if purchased prior to pickup.  Your planning helps us plan our maintenance.

Late Returns, between 5pm to 7pm ($100 if notified and approved in advance)

A $100 late fee will be imposed if you return the RV after 5pm of your scheduled return day. As much as our employees love their jobs, they too have families of their own. Please stay in contact if you find that you are going to be late, Also please remember that our units are usually booked by other families picking up as quickly as the next day.

Late Returns, after 7pm (extra day rental)

Generally late returns that pass the 7pm mark will not be accepted as there aren’t any employees around to let you in the lot! We also find that it is very hard to complete the return procedure in the dark.  Please communicate in advance if you feel you are going to need an extra day and keep in mind that a lot of our RVs are rented to other families often times starting the next day.

Fuel Not Full, Gas/Diesel ($50 + actual cost)

This usually should not be a problem as there is literally a gas station within a half mile from us!  However, if we are required to take the motorhome and refuel it there will be a $50 charge plus the actual cost of the fuel.

Fuel Not Full, Propane ($25 + actual cost)

There is a propane company across the street from us, and many along your route.  If you can’t find one, we will help.  Be mindful of operating hours. However sometimes the RVs are returned without the propane being filled back up.  We will refill it for you will a $25 convenience fee.  

Forget to Dump the Sewer ($50)

We realize that this can be a bit of a pain, however it is a necessary step in the journey.  So, please dump before you leave your campsite or we will take care of it for the fee listed.
