Coachmen

• If cancellation is requested 30 days prior to the rental start date, renter is entitled to 96% credit that may be used anytime in the next 12-month period. There will be a 4% convenience & processing fee retained of the total amount. We allow rebooking a maximum of 2 times for a confirmation number unless extenuating circumstances exist. 
• If cancellation is requested 14 days prior to the rental start date, the renter is entitled to 50% credit that may be used anytime in the next 12-month period.
• Less than 14 days prior to the rental start date, the booking is non-refundable - if rescheduling is possible, we will make good faith efforts, but dates are not often flexible after this point.
• Bookings made less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable, however in the event of a documentable emergency we will offer a credit to be used in the next 12-month period.

*A voucher will be emailed and can be used at a future date on any available unit. The same unit and same price are not guaranteed. Prices vary by season. 

* Prices may vary from the time of cancellation to the time of rebooking.  Nightly prices can change based on demand and season. Your rate is not guaranteed after the time you cancel. 

To keep the rest simple:

• Booking with TCRV implies that      you have read and agree with the rental agreement, the cancellation policy, and the delivery flexibility statement.
• Unless the rental is specific for hauling/driving, the RV should not be moved or adjusted after set-up. The units are set up and stabilized when delivered. At no point should they be moved without first contacting Twisted coastal RV unless imminent danger to you or the unit exists. In which case, please leave and notify us immediately - we will retrieve it.
• If damage exceeds your security deposit, we expect our customers will except a final bill for any additional expenses. Please see insurance information above for available optional coverages.
• In everything we do, we keep the customers’ experience, comfort, and safety as an absolute priority.
