Proper care & Checking out
We understand life happens, but to avoid additional fees:
- If it came in it, let it stay in it. Please do not take silverware, towels, or anything else that belongs in the RV with you. It has been fully inventoried between each rental. If you leave with items that belong to the RV, it will be charged to your security deposit. If one towel can't be replaced - that means a set. If one fork can't be replaced, that means an entire set. We don't want to spend the time going to replace these things any more than you want to purchase them so please be diligent in returning them to their rightful place.
- We must have time to remove RVs from campground properties prior to their check out times. This requires some coordination and planning on our end. You don't have to go home... but you cant stay inside. However, you can come back!
Any large-scale water leaks, tub overflows, accidents, etc. that you are not able to mitigate quickly - please call promptly to prevent further damage and save your deposit.
Delivery Announcement
Due to the unique service and experience we provide, there is more flexibility required with delivery times. We are always doing our best to deliver as closely to your delivery window as possible. We will keep in touch to coordinate arrival times. Enjoy the start of your vacation and we will see you soon!
Reminder: We are a Delivery only service. Please include the destination in your booking information. The unit cannot be moved after delivery. You have not been charged additional insurances to haul or drive the units.
