It is your responsibility to read the Rental Agreement. Failure to do so will not justify a refund or reimbursement. Booking with TCRV implies that you have read and agree with the rental agreement, the cancellation policy, and the delivery flexibility statement. You are not insured to haul the RV's and have not paid for additional coverage for damages that would occur by doing so. Body damage on an RV puts it in the shop for a minimum of 6-8 months - please leave the liability on us. We keep our cost lower by not charging additional fees. This helps us get more families to the coast!
Reminder: Under no circumstance, at any time should a customer attempt to haul an RV or drive a motorhome. The units are set up and stabilized when delivered. At no point should they be moved without first contacting Twisted coastal RV at 281-309-2903. Situations that may qualify would be imminent danger of the unit such as fast rising tides, nearby fire, flash flooding, or by immediate order of law that can't wait for us to arrive. If a situation is so dangerous that you feel at risk - please leave and notify us immediately - we will retrieve it.
Security Deposit of $400 on all units 24 hours prior to rental period.
We trust our renters. However, we understand accidents may happen. We keep our security deposit low to make the experience affordable for all. This will help bridge the gap if any damage occurs. You may also utilize this authorized hold of funds for incidentals if you need us to bill you for any services or add on items during your stay. If damage exceeds your security deposit, we expect our customers will accept any final charges for any additional expenses.
Cancellation policy
-If cancellation is requested 30 days prior to the rental start date, renter is entitled to 96% credit that may be used anytime in the next 12-month period. There will be a 4% convenience & processing fee retained of the total amount. We allow rebooking a maximum of 2 times for a confirmation number unless extenuating circumstances exist.
-If cancellation is requested 14 days prior to the rental start date, renter is entitled to 50% credit that may be used anytime in the next 12-month period.
-Less than 14 days prior to the rental start date, the booking is non-refundable - if rescheduling is possible, we will make good faith efforts, but dates are not often flexible after this point.
-Bookings made less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable, however in the event of a documentable emergency we will offer a credit to be used in the next 12-month period.
*A voucher will be emailed and can be used at a future date on any available unit. The same unit and same price is not guaranteed. Prices vary by season.
* Prices may vary from the time of cancellation to the time of rebooking. Nightly prices can change based on demand and season. Your rate is not guaranteed after the time you cancel.

Due to the unique service and experience we provide, there is more flexibility required with delivery times. We are always doing our best to deliver as closely to your delivery window as possible. We will keep in touch to coordinate arrival times. Enjoy the start of your vacation and we will see you soon!
Reminder: We are a Delivery only service. Please include the destination in your booking information. The unit cannot be moved after delivery. You have not been charged additional insurances to haul or drive the units.
